What You'll Do
- Own the account plan: Develop a corporate account plan for each assigned account and drive its execution, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources for strategic alignment.
- Build pipeline & close: Prospect, build pipeline, and sell Certa's solutions to net-new corporate accounts while growing revenue across segments and verticals - consistently exceeding annual sales targets.
- Strategize & prioritize: Develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities, including within emerging markets.
- Engage executives: Develop and deliver world-class executive sales proposals, and build strong relationships with C-level and senior executives.
- Know the platform: Become an expert in Certa's platform and targeted use cases.
- Forecast & represent the customer: Maintain accurate, timely pipeline and forecast data, and serve as the customer's voice within Certa to influence GTM enhancements and innovations.
What You Will Need
- Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 5+ years of direct closing experience in software (SaaS), including 3+ years client-facing in the TPRM, TPLM, and/or ABAC/AML compliance space.
- Track record: Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota in high-velocity sales cycles, including prospecting and closing large, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Executive selling: Proven success building relationships and negotiating deals with C-level executives across industries.
- Market knowledge: Strong grasp of the competitive landscape and industry trends to position Certa effectively, plus strong financial acumen.
- Collaboration: Experience partnering with internal teams on account strategy, with excellent verbal and written communication.

Location
Certa is a remote-first company and we hire globally. We believe strongly in each team member working from the location that they choose. Should Certers wish to meet and work in person they have 3 lively office locations they can travel to: London, San Francisco, and Jaipur.
