Responsible for managing network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, and providing technical support to clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain network equipment and systems
- Provide technical support to clients via phone and email
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on network devices
- Implement and monitor security protocols
Requirements
Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of IT support experience
- Experience with network management tools such as Cisco IOS, Juniper Networks, and Microsoft Exchange
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems
