Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth across strategic and enterprise accounts by managing the complete sales lifecycle and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Build strong CXO-level relationships and lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals by positioning solutions to support customers' long-term business goals.
- Identify revenue expansion opportunities across new and existing accounts, collaborating on pipeline generation and leveraging market and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless deal execution, smooth sales-to-delivery transitions, and continued executive-level engagement post-sale.
- Maintain accurate CRM-driven pipeline forecasts and provide leadership with clear insights on deal progress, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Coach and develop sales talent to build a high-performing team while contributing to best practices, sales process improvements, and go-to-market initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Marketing; MBA or equivalent preferred
- 12–15 years of total experience, with 10+ years in a relevant enterprise sales role
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Deep expertise in consultative sales methodologies and CXO-level relationship management
- Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) with the ability to maintain accurate forecasts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor sales professionals

- Consistent achievement or overachievement of annual and quarterly revenue quota
- Strong account retention rate across the portfolio
- High win rate on large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Accurate pipeline forecasting (actuals vs. forecast)
- Healthy and growing pipeline value
Who You'll Work With
- Internally, you'll collaborate with Executive Leadership, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Solution Sales, Finance, and Delivery teams to drive strategy alignment and execution.
- Externally, you'll engage with enterprise customers, partners, prospective clients, and current clients to uncover and develop growth opportunities.
Pay
$100,000-125,000 base not including commission
