What You'll Do
- Execute the Car Wars Sales playbook
- Identify and develop sales pipeline by completing lead generating activities including cold calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
- Develop relationships with new and established customers to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Prepare and deliver quality presentations tailored to prospects' needs and priorities.
- Provide product and pricing information, prepare and negotiate sales contracts.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and apply Car Wars best practices.
- Apply industry, business, and technical knowledge to achieve both individual and team objectives.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal Car Wars teams to ensure a successful product launch, onboarding, and ultimately a long-term relationship with Car Wars.
Our Ideal Candidates
- Have a proven sales track record, preferably in automotive and software sales.
- Experience of establishing relationships with car dealership owners, general managers, CRM/marketing managers is preferred.
- Has a bachelor’s degree.
- Are self-motivated, disciplined and process oriented.
- Have a genuine curiosity to understand our clients’ business challenges.
- Are empathetic listeners with excellent communication skills.
- Thrive in a team and fast-paced environment.
- Can travel in-territory up to 25% of the time.
