The AI Operating System for Private Capital.

About the role

Capsa AI is building the AI Operating System that will run critical processes for private capital funds. These processes include finding potential investments, researching and analyzing them, monitoring them over time, driving improvements, and making decisions about buying and selling. Our goal is to automate these tasks using AI, allowing private capital funds to focus on strategic decision-making rather than manual processes.

Responsibilities

  • Sell six- and seven-figure deals to Managing Partners, COOs, Heads of Value Creation, and Heads of Technology at leading private equity firms.
  • Work closely with AI consultants, product teams, and the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead consultative motions and convert Proof of Concepts (PoCs) into paid deployments.
  • Generate your own pipeline from day one, using SDR support as a lever to generate leads.
  • Track and manage the sales cycle, ensuring clear success criteria, tight execution, and commercial discipline.
  • Collaborate with the product team to refine the sales motion and playbook based on your insights and experiences.
  • Use AI tools to enhance your sales efforts and cover more ground in a week.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting, with a focus on M&A.
  • A proven track record of selling six- and seven-figure deals to sophisticated buyers in finance.
  • A strong understanding of the private capital industry and its unique challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and generate your own pipeline from day one.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience working with AI tools and technologies to improve sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
  • Passionate about using AI to transform industries and make a meaningful impact.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the private capital industry and its regulatory landscape.
