About the role
The Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Key responsibilities include prospecting new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Managing and nurturing relationships with current clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Providing exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
