About the role
The Account Executive is responsible for managing and expanding customer relationships within the Wooster, OH area. Key responsibilities include prospecting new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and developing new business opportunities
- Maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs
- Generating and following up on leads through various channels
- Presenting product knowledge and sales strategies to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
