Essential Duties And Functions
- Develops and maintains high level positive relationships within all assigned and potential accounts.
- Works independently to keep abreast of technical Medicare Secondary Payer statutes, compliance requirements, and changes.
- Communicates technical statutes and compliance requirements effectively to clients.
- Collaborates actively with the Sales and Marketing team in developing and distributing promotional material.
- Secures upper-level management meetings for sales executives as appropriate.
- Trips extensively to meet with potential and existing customers, provide educational presentations, exhibit at industry events, and attend professional association meetings.
- Provides referral pick up/copy services and overall customer service, in an effort to gain more depth into existing accounts.
- Acts as a liaison between client front level staff and internal Referral department, as needed.
- Achieves or exceeds revenue goals.
Qualifications/ Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Minimum 3 years Worker’s Compensation or Liability industry related experience
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Excel
- Exceptional professional face to face and telephone demeanor
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
