What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark
- Own Outbound Pipeline Creation: Drive net-new business through high-volume cold calling, email, and social outreach to SMBs and entrepreneurs
- Execute a True Hunting Motion: Identify, target, and engage new prospects with no prior relationship to Bluehost
- Qualify & Convert Opportunities: Quickly assess customer needs, qualify opportunities, and move prospects efficiently through the funnel
- Run Full Sales Cycle: From first touch through close, own discovery, objection handling, and deal execution
- Drive New Logo Acquisition: Focus on bringing in new customers and expanding Bluehost’s footprint in the SMB market
- Position Value, Not Just Product: Act as a trusted advisor to educate prospects on how Bluehost solutions power their online presence and growth
- Maintain High Activity & Performance: Consistently hit daily/weekly activity metrics (calls, meetings set, pipeline generated) and MRR targets
- Handle Objections & Close with Confidence: Navigate competitive conversations and close with urgency and integrity
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed
- True Hunter Mentality: Proven success in outbound sales with a strong focus on cold calling and new business acquisition
- High-Volume Sales Experience: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with consistent outreach expectations
- Full Cycle Sales Expertise: Experience owning deals end-to-end, from prospecting to close
- Resilience & Grit: Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and continuously push pipeline forward
- Strong Discovery & Closing Skills: Skilled at uncovering customer needs and converting conversations into revenue
- SMB Mindset: Passion for helping small and medium-sized businesses grow and succeed online
- Tech & Industry Familiarity: General understanding of hosting, WordPress, domains, or SaaS solutions is a plus
- Exceptional Communication: Clear, persuasive, and confident in both phone and written outreach
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and accountable for delivering results
