About the role

Baesman Group is seeking a driven Account Executive to grow the company through new client acquisition and strategic relationship development. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in commercial print, direct mail, or marketing services.

Responsibilities

  • Possess 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the print industry
  • Sell solutions, including commercial print, direct mail, and marketing services
  • Develop new business opportunities within target markets
  • Build relationships with decision-makers from marketing teams to procurement
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and challenges
  • Manage a consistent pipeline to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Track activity and opportunities in CRM
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding

Requirements

  • Proven ability to prospect and generate new business
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
