About the role
We’re looking for a strategic and successful Account Executive to join us in bringing our rapidly growing ApartmentIQ product suite to multi-family owners, operators, and ancillary stakeholders. You’ll have a direct impact on the expansion of our business to sell all of our products to current customers.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sales Execution
- Full Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from initial account strategy and cold outreach to final contract execution
- High-Velocity Prospecting: Execute a consistent volume of outreach via email, phone, and video conferencing to build and maintain a robust pipeline
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead all pricing discussions and contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for the client and ApartmentIQ
- Relationship & Brand Management
- Market Ambassadorship: Represent the brand at industry events and within your specific territories to establish yourself as a thought leader
- Consultative Selling: Act as a product expert, building deep trust with multi-family stakeholders by aligning our suite with their specific business pain points
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Development (SDRs) to refine lead generation and Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff post-sale
- Operational Excellence
- CRM Discipline: Maintain meticulous records of all activities, forecasts, and pipeline stages within Salesforce
- Data-Driven Reporting: Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site presentations and national industry conferences
Qualifications
- 6+ years in a B2B SaaS account executive role
- Multifamily SaaS sales experience required
- Proven track record of success in closing deals
- Competitive or market intelligence product sales experience is a plus
- Tech savvy (Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, Zoominfo, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Disciplined, adaptable self-starter
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills
