Responsibilities
- Drive customer success initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market share
- Manage and mentor a team of customer success managers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment on customer needs
Requirements
- Proven track record in customer success and/or sales roles
- Experience in managing and growing a team
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
