Account Executive

Overview

Amerita is a national leader in home infusion therapy, empowering Regional Specialty Account Executives to build meaningful connections between providers, patients, and innovative solutions. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of experience in infusion services, with a minimum of 4 years in Pharma or Healthcare Sales, and a Registered Nurse and home healthcare background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively sell and market infusion therapy to existing and potential referral sources to achieve established revenue targets.
• Identify and develop relationships with Specialty Physicians prescribing targeted medications.
• Conduct in-service training seminars and represent Amerita at trade shows and conventions.
• Create and implement sales and market development plans aligned with company goals.
• Provide regular feedback to management on sales activity and market development progress.
• Represent Amerita within the healthcare community with professionalism and respect for the patient care process.
• Develop and maintain quarterly business plans using tools like Salesforce.com.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in business or a healthcare-related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of four (4) years of Pharma or HealthCare Sales experience.
• Comfortable with physicians as primary contact points.
• Ability to present products and services professionally.
• Knowledge of infusion service procedures and reimbursement policies.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Meet company standards for driving record and age requirements.
