Account Executive

New Business Acquisition

Identify, build awareness and qualify new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, emailing, negotiating and closing deals.

Understand the mission of accessiBe and how it can play a pivotal role in your customers' accessibility and compliance.

Continuously improve the processes, analysis, and tactics used by accessiBe Account Executives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience selling technical solutions, value selling, and/or consultative sales techniques while following a structured sales process.
• In-depth knowledge of the full sales cycle with a keen eye for identifying and qualifying opportunities.
• A proactive and self-starting approach with a high level of autonomy.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS with a proven track record of consistently exceeding aggressive targets.
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment, preferably with experience at a late-stage startup.
• SalesForce knowledge and/or a background in digital accessibility is a plus.
• Ability to speak another language such as: German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch in addition to English is a huge plus.

Benefits

The salary band for this position ranges from $80,000 - $100,000, plus commission (OTE ~175k+, uncapped commission) and will be based on your experience and skill sets.
