About the role

The Account Executive 2 plays a crucial role in Egnyte's sales organization, focusing on new logo acquisition in the Mid-Market sector of Financial Services. This role involves developing sales plans, prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals. The successful candidate will also build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to target Mid-Market companies in Financial Services.
  • Proactively identify and qualify potential clients, building a robust sales pipeline.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective communication and solution presentation.
  • Partner with other internal business lines to secure deals that contribute to Egnyte's financial performance.
  • Understand market trends and translate them into actionable insights for Egnyte's initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, with a focus on new logo acquisition.
  • Experience working in Financial Services, particularly in the Mid-Market segment.
  • Strong goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to determine customer needs and present appropriate solutions.

Pay & Schedule

  • Base pay range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually.
  • Commission: $140,000 to $170,000 OTE.
  • Location: Hybrid (for candidates within 50 miles radius of an office) or Remote (for candidates outside that range).
