Responsibilities

- Conduct regular home visits to assess customer needs and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
