About the role

This role is ideal for a sales executive who is already producing and looking for a platform that removes friction and allows them to focus on growing revenue. You will be responsible for managing and expanding your existing customer relationships while continuing to develop new opportunities.

- Manage and expand your existing customer relationships - Continue to develop new opportunities - Work with the best-in-class capacity team for carrier sourcing, coverage, and execution

Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of truckload brokerage or logistics sales experience - A portable book of business with established customer relationships - Strong understanding of truckload pricing, market dynamics, and customer strategy - No active non-solicit or non-compete agreements

Ideal Candidate

- Demonstrated production of 20+ loads per week - $4,000+ in brokerage revenue over the last 12 months - Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships independently - Strong customer-facing skills with a focus on long-term partnerships - Comfortable operating in a results-oriented, entrepreneurial environment
