About the role
The Role
Integrated Narrative Architecture: Lead the daily development and execution of 360-degree paid and earned talent and creator strategies for a diverse roster of clients.
Creator Economy Navigation: Serve as the strategic hub for influencer programs.
Talent & Industry Authority: Leverage an established network of reps across entertainment, lifestyle, and tech.
Scaled Campaign Execution: Direct multi-dimensional influencer programs from start to finish.
Founder & Executive Counsel: Serve as a trusted daily advisor to brand founders and senior leaders.
Business Development: Lead new business meetings and assist in crafting sophisticated proposals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily development and execution of 360-degree paid and earned talent and creator strategies for a diverse roster of clients.
- Serve as the strategic hub for influencer programs.
- Leverage an established network of reps across entertainment, lifestyle, and tech.
- Direct multi-dimensional influencer programs from start to finish.
- Serve as a trusted daily advisor to brand founders and senior leaders.
- Lead new business meetings and assist in crafting sophisticated proposals.
Requirements
- 7–8 years of experience in talent/influencer integration.
- A deep understanding of the creator economy.
- A proven track record of securing partnerships that have a tangible impact on a brand’s bottom line.
- An outside-the-box thinker who can set a big-picture strategy and lead the outreach charge simultaneously.
- A master writer who can translate a cultural trend into a winning creator-led narrative.
- An entrepreneur with an innate curiosity and a desire to make things better.
- An individual who is incredibly organized and accountable.
- A driven individual who takes genuine pride in the quality of their work.

- Experience working with talent and creator representatives and agencies.

- Experience collaborating with senior colleagues across the agency.
