Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior-level point of contact for client relationship
  • Develop strategic marketing plans tailored to each client’s business goals, ensuring alignment with performance metrics
  • Regularly assess client KPIs, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize the marketing program
  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling additional services based on client needs
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and performance presentations, highlighting progress, areas for improvement, and future initiatives
  • Drive internal teams (paid media, SEO, content, marketing automation, creative, development, analytics) to ensure timely execution of work
  • Develop clear timelines, deliverable schedules, and action plans to ensure all tasks are completed on time
  • Encourage teams effectively to resolve roadblocks, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality
  • Ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns, troubleshooting issues proactively and ensuring swift resolution
  • Support the team in maintaining project documentation, status reports, and updates for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance client strategies
  • Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring both sides have the necessary information to execute effectively
  • Provide clear, concise feedback to creative, media, and development teams to ensure client expectations are met
  • Lead internal strategy meetings, fostering collaboration and accountability across teams
  • Contribute to proposals and pitches when needed

Qualifications and Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing account management, client service, or related roles — preferably in an agency environment
  • Background in senior living preferred, with an understanding of industry challenges and trends
  • Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation, conversion optimization, and ROI
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams and pushing for results
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present data-driven insights in a compelling manner
  • Proficiency in project management tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker, etc.)
  • Ability to think critically, problem-solve quickly, and proactively suggest solutions to challenges
  • High level of attention to detail and accountability for results
