Snow is seeking an Account Director (Product Manager, Patient Experience Marketing) for the Neuroscience team. This role focuses on executing the post-prescription patient experience strategy in collaboration with brand and market access marketing partners, ensuring patients can start and stay on therapy.

About the role

The Product Manager, Patient Experience (Px) Marketing, Neuroscience is responsible for executing fulfillment and adherence strategy to support the end-to-end patient experience for patients prescribed our therapies. This role involves implementing strategy through customer-facing tactical development and training for various constituents. The individual will work across brand marketing, market access, and field teams to deliver a patient experience that impacts the patient and supports business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance the Caplyta withMe (CWM) Message Library.
  • Shape and maintain the CWM resource management approach, including iMR submissions, supply, and print management.
  • Follow up on Field Support inbox inquiries.
  • Develop and establish the CWM communication approach (e.g., CWM "Did You Know" Newsletter).
  • Shape and establish the CWM Field Reporting approach (e.g., savings and voucher utilization).
  • Conduct monthly new hire training.
  • Provide support to the Schizophrenia team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customer support staff.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or patient experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare environments.
  • Neuroscience experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), including building and interpreting reports.
  • Comfort with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving orientation and ability to escalate appropriately.
  • Team player who can work independently when needed.
  • Self-starter and independent thinker, confident presenting to large groups.

Skills

Degree in Administration, Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.

Schedule

  • Remote, office-based, or hybrid work model.
  • Minimum of three days per week in-office, with potential for increased in-office requirements over time.
  • Availability for ad-hoc support during launches and Hypercare periods, which may require flexible hours.
  • Frequent collaboration via Microsoft Teams and participation in cross-functional meetings.

This position reports to the Associate Director, CAPLYTA PECS PX.
