In this pivotal role, you will lead strategic partnerships and drive business growth as an Account Director. You will foster strong client relationships, spearhead project initiatives, and optimize workload profitability. As a team leader, you will mentor and guide internal teams, cultivating talent and powering collaborative success. You will lead multi-channel client campaigns, meeting expectations, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with Project Management. You will strategically manage brands through launches, positioning, and campaigns, providing proactive recommendations. You will foster team growth through mentorship, performance goal-setting, and development planning. You will collaborate with internal teams, finance, and senior management to drive business objectives and resolve conflicts. You will identify organic growth opportunities, evaluate cross-functional ideas, and optimize account strengths. You will utilize agency resources creatively, staying adept in digital, media, social, analytics, and new business pitch processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 6+ years of industry experience, preferably in healthcare and pharma advertising
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong expertise in digital, media, social, and analytics
- Proven leadership experience with strategic thinking, problem-solving, and forward-thinking approach
Pay
$105,000 – $145,000
Schedule
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. The objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
