About the Role

The Account Director brings value to clients by analyzing, solving, and presenting viable integrated solutions to client pain points. They identify and inspire new workstreams that lead to client growth, collaborating with DAVID’s vast resources. As a trusted advisor to senior brand managers and marketing directors, the Account Director leads teams, champions great creative work, and manages individual projects and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong client relationships and partner with DAVID’s capability experts to deliver integrated solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities, scope of work, and revenue
  • Manage account teams and formulate plans to drive business growth
  • Interface regularly with clients at all levels to deliver innovative solutions and big ideas
  • Collaborate with internal teams to seamlessly support client business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creative and strategic partners
  • Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
  • Demonstrate responsibility and accountability for overall agency performance and flawless delivery

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in account management, including 3-5 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles, including digital marketing
  • Appreciation for how great work gets done and a commitment to creative excellence
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Passion for the industry
  • Diplomatic, empathetic leadership
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to read the room and adapt accordingly

Pay

Base salary range: $100,000—$230,000 USD
