We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About Us", "Summary", "Essential Duties & Responsibilities", "Education & Experience", "Travel Requirements", "What We Offer", "Diversity Commitment". We need to use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we must only include sections when posting has real, specific content. We need to map content to these headings. We have: - About Us: could map to "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is company description, not role. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should produce sections with those headings if content exists. We need to decide which sections we have content for: - About the role: we have Summary describing role. So we can put Summary under About the role. - Responsibilities: we have Essential Duties & Responsibilities. - Requirements: we have Education & Experience (maybe also Travel Requirements? but Travel is separate). Requirements could include Education & Experience. - Qualifications: maybe also Education & Experience? Might duplicate. We could combine Education & Experience under Requirements and Qualifications? But we should avoid thin sections. Perhaps we put Education & Experience under Requirements, and Qualifications maybe not needed if same. - Skills: not explicitly listed; maybe we can infer from responsibilities but not explicit. Better to omit if no specific skill list. - Benefits: we have What We Offer (benefits). Also includes Salary range and bonus (Pay). So we need Benefits and Pay sections. - Schedule: we have hybrid schedule info: eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. Also location preferences. So we can put Schedule. - Pay: Salary range and bonus. Thus we will output sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to convert lists. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: Diversity Commitment (EEO) should be removed. Also "About Us" maybe not needed as heading but we can incorporate into About the role? Actually About Us is company description; we could include it under About the role? But the instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. About Us is not exactly About the role but we could treat it as About the role? Might be okay to include company description under About the role? However we have Summary which describes role. The About Us is separate; we could include it as a paragraph under About the role? Might be considered filler? But it's substantive about company. The instruction says use headings for sections; we could add a section "About the company" but not in allowed list. Better to incorporate About Us into About the role? Might be stretching. However we could omit About Us entirely? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep About Us info somewhere. Since we don't have a heading for About Us, we could put it as a

before the first heading? The instruction says output ONLY the HTML fragment; we can include paragraphs not under headings? It didn't forbid extra paragraphs outside headings, but they said use headings for sections. Likely we can have a leading

for About Us then headings for sections. That would preserve info. Thus structure:

    About Us paragraph...

    About the role

    Summary paragraph...

    Responsibilities

    • ... each duty as li

    Requirements

    • ... education/experience items

    Benefits

    • ... benefits list

    Pay

Salary range... Eligible for annual bonus...

    Schedule

    Hybrid schedule... location preferences...

We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific content. Now extract details. About Us: "For five decades, mdg has been a leader in the association and event marketing space. And while we've been leading, we've also been learning: learning what motivates audiences now, how to build loyalty, and which performance tools actually impact registration numbers. We specialize in audience development and attendee acquisition for associations and trade shows, working across strategy, creative, digital, and communications to make that happen. We don't copy and paste strategies or use technology for show. We dig deep into unique situations and apply what makes sense, instead of what's expected." Summary: "The Account Director is the client's lead point of contact and the person accountable for how well marketing strategy translates into an executed, high-performing campaign. The account strategist sets the client's overarching marketing strategy; the Account Director partners with them closely, brings a marketing-fluent point of view to every client conversation, and owns turning that strategy into creative direction, campaign execution, and measurable results. They lead the internal account team responsible for delivering the work, hold the team and the output to a marketing bar, not just a production schedule, and are accountable for the performance and profitability of every account in their portfolio. This position supports our Client Services group under our Sales team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations: Alexandria, VA, Washington, DC, Chicago, IL, San Diego, CA." Note: The hybrid schedule and location appear in Summary; but we also have separate Travel Requirements and maybe schedule. We'll keep schedule info in Schedule section; but we need to avoid duplication. We'll keep location info in Schedule. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: list items: - Marketing Direction & Campaign Execution - Partner with the account strategist to bring the client's marketing strategy to life day to day, acting as the client's go-to on how that strategy shows up in the work. - Lead client presentations and meetings, translating strategy into a clear point of view the client can act on. - Direct primary and secondary research and persona development, feeding findings back to the account strategist to sharpen strategic and tactical plans. - Guide the creative team through brand identity, concept, and message platform development, checking every deliverable against the client's strategy before it goes out. - Build campaign performance benchmarking and reporting, monitor results, and flag course corrections to the account strategist. - Client & Account Ownership - Own the client relationship as mdg's lead point of contact, managing accounts autonomously and staying ahead of client needs. - Lead campaign kickoffs, new client onboarding, and all other client meetings. - Draft scopes of work and budgets for account strategist approval ahead of client presentation. - Send weekly updates to clients and the account strategist on job status, production schedule, and performance. - Represent mdg at client events on-site, directing research, press, social content, and photo/video capture as needed. - Team Leadership - Set the internal account team's roles and expectations at kickoff, and lead the team through delivery. - Own the production schedule and campaign timeline, keeping the team's output on-strategy, high-quality, and on time. - Review all creative and copy for strategic and brand consistency before anything reaches the client. - Mentor junior account team members; where applicable, manage direct reports and participate in hiring. - Financial & Operational Stewardship - Own budget tracking, billing reconciliation, and resource allocation for each account, flagging risks or opportunities to the account strategist. - Approve project estimates, manage invoicing and POs, and open/close projects in WMJ. - Deliver weekly client reports to circle leaders; on the first Friday of each month, send to ownership with circle leaders cc'd. We need to turn each bullet into
  • . Could group under headings? Not required; just list. Education & Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience required. - 5+ years marketing experience strongly preferred. - Master’s degree in related field (business or marketing) may be used in lieu of one year of required experience. - Marketing agency, B2B event and/or association experience preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in related field (in marketing, public relations, communications, psychology or general business) preferred. Travel Requirements: Travel up to 25% (maybe we could include under Requirements or separate? Not in allowed headings; we could incorporate into Requirements as a bullet? But it's not education/experience. Could be under Requirements as a bullet? Might be okay. But we have no heading for Travel. Could put under Requirements as a bullet. However we must not invent headings; we can add a bullet under Requirements for travel. That preserves info. What We Offer: Benefits list: - Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance - Tuition Reimbursement - Paid Parental Leave - Life, Accident and Disability - Retirement with Company Match - Paid Time Off - Salary range of $85,000-$100,000 based upon experience - Eligible for an annual bonus of up to 5% of the base salary But we need separate Pay section for salary and bonus. So Benefits will include the other benefits (insurance, tuition, parental leave, life/accident/disability, retirement, PTO). Pay will include salary range and bonus. Thus Benefits list: - Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance - Tuition Reimbursement - Paid Parental Leave - Life, Accident and Disability Insurance - Retirement with Company Match - Paid Time Off Pay: - Salary range of $85,000-$100,000 based upon experience - Eligible for an annual bonus of up to 5% of the base salary Schedule: - Hybrid schedule: eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. - Ideal candidate locations: Alexandria, VA; Washington, DC; Chicago, IL; San Diego, CA. - Travel up to 25% (maybe include here). We must not repeat info; we already have travel under Requirements maybe; but we can put travel under Schedule. We need to ensure we don't duplicate content. Let's decide: Put travel under Schedule. Thus Requirements will only have education/experience bullets (maybe also marketing agency experience etc). We'll keep travel out. Now produce HTML. We need to wrap each section in

    heading then content. For lists:
    • ...
    For prose:

    ...

We must not include any extra markdown. Let's craft. First paragraph About Us. Then

    About the role

    Summary...

    Then

    Responsibilities

with each duty as li. We need to break each duty into separate li; we can keep the sub-bullets as separate li. Let's list all duties: 1. Partner with the account strategist to bring the client's marketing strategy to life day to day, acting as the client's go-to on how that strategy shows up in the work. 2. Lead client presentations and meetings, translating strategy into a clear point of view the client can act on. 3. Direct primary and secondary research and persona development, feeding findings back to the account strategist to sharpen strategic and tactical plans. 4. Guide the creative team through brand identity, concept, and message platform development, checking every deliverable against the client's strategy before it goes out. 5. Build campaign performance benchmarking and reporting, monitor results, and flag course corrections to the account strategist. 6. Own the client relationship as mdg's
