We're seeking an Account Director to lead a major CPG brand within our dynamic, integrated agency environment. This role requires a strategic, creatively ambitious leader who excels at the intersection of client partnership, cross-functional collaboration, and top-tier execution.
Opportunity
As Account Director, you'll shape the strategic and creative output of the business, strengthen client relationships, and drive long-term account growth. You'll guide integrated teams across disciplines, mentor rising talent, and ensure work is delivered efficiently, on time, and at the highest quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead integrated campaigns across brand, promotional, seasonal, social and digital.
- Partner with creative, strategy, media, production and analytics teams to deliver impactful work.
- Build trusted, senior-level client relationships and confidently guide decision-making.
- Translate business objectives into clear briefs, strategic direction and actionable feedback.
- Oversee complex scopes, budgets, timelines and cross-agency workstreams.
- Mentor and develop mid-level and junior talent, strengthening the team and the work.
- Bring operational discipline and new ways of working to a large, high-volume portfolio.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership on large, complex accounts with significant production demands.
- Deep experience delivering integrated campaigns across broadcast, digital video, social, print and OOH.
- Fluency in data-informed decision-making, creative performance analytics and retail media considerations.
- Strong financial stewardship across scopes, burn, forecasting and staffing.
- Poled, confident communicator who navigates senior client relationships with ease.
- Highly collaborative leader who elevates multi-disciplinary teams and creative output.
- Calm, solution-oriented presence with sound judgment in fast-moving environments.
- Passion for mentoring and growing talent at all levels.

Compensation ranges from USD $97,375.00 to USD $139,965.00 annually, subject to individual qualifications and company policy.
