Account Director

For our client, we are seeking a Account Director to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. In this hybrid role based in Santa Clara, you will lead account operations that connect real estate service delivery with client business objectives. You will be responsible for financial stewardship, service-line performance, and governance across multi-discipline teams in a complex client environment. This position also plays a key role in strengthening client relationships, managing risk, and ensuring contract and operational execution support long-term account success. Location: Santa Clara, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $225,250 – $265,000 annually Responsibilities Manage financial and contract performance for account teams Align real estate services with client business goals Establish vision, strategy, and performance metrics for service lines Develop strong client relationships and implement governance processes Oversee risk mitigation and dispute resolution for clients Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred Minimum of 10 years at senior management level or in a similar capacity Experience managing multi-discipline teams Client, P&L, and contract management experience Knowledge of integrated facility management, project and development services, and strategic consulting Benefits Health, vision, and dental insurance Flexible spending and health savings accounts Retirement savings plans Life and disability insurance programs Paid and unpaid time away from work Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
