Account Director
Job Description
The Account Director is responsible for prospecting and nurturing personas in and associated with the Corporate Compliance Function to enable sales of Epiq’s Compliance Advisory and Technology suite of services and pull-through opportunities.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Manage global client accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans.
- Oversee global account management activities and client communications.
- Drive business development and sales initiatives.
- Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver client solutions.
- Provide consulting services to clients.
- Conduct sales prospecting and cold calling.
- Prepare and present sales reports.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. A law degree is a plus.
Experience: 10+ years in global account management and business development targeting personas in the Compliance Function: Chief Compliance Officer, Regional Compliance Officer, Compliance Director, Internal Investigations, etc.
Skills: Account Management, Analytical Thinking, Business Development, Client Satisfaction, Cold Calling, Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Functional Expertise including an understanding of the DOJ’s Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs and associated best practices related to risk assessments, third party due diligence, whistleblower / internal investigations, red flag monitoring, governance and reporting. Global Management, Law Firms, Legal Support Services, Negotiation, Relationship Building, Sales Calls, Sales Management, Certification: Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA), ISTQB Certified Tester, Certified Agile Tester (CAT), Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP), and Certification in Compliance & Ethics (CCEP)
Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an office environment and perform tasks that may require sitting, standing, and using office equipment.
