Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-notch after-sales support to build lasting relationships and ensure customer loyalty.
  • Respond swiftly and accurately to client inquiries, becoming their go-to expert and trusted partner.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships through regular communication, ensuring we’re always aligned with their needs.
  • Report on account status to keep our strategies agile and responsive to the fast-evolving healthcare landscape.
  • Engage with Leadership: take advantage of major opportunities to interact with key leaders in the organization, fostering valuable relationships that can drive your professional growth and influence strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to comprehensive project planning efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying key milestones, and ensuring timely execution to achieve successful outcomes for our clients.
  • Lead customer-facing communications to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project goals, while actively participating in project planning to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • 2-4+ years of experience in customer service or account management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client engagement.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient in project management skills and tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain positive relationships.
  • Keen attention to detail for accuracy in project deliverables and communications.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset focused on understanding and addressing client needs.
  • A knack for thriving independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
