Key Responsibilities

- Respond swiftly and accurately to client inquiries, becoming their go-to expert and trusted partner.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through regular communication, ensuring we’re always aligned with their needs.
- Report on account status to keep our strategies agile and responsive to the fast-evolving healthcare landscape.
- Engage with Leadership: take advantage of major opportunities to interact with key leaders in the organization, fostering valuable relationships that can drive your professional growth and influence strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to comprehensive project planning efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying key milestones, and ensuring timely execution to achieve successful outcomes for our clients.
- Lead customer-facing communications to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project goals, while actively participating in project planning to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience in customer service or account management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client engagement.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in project management skills and tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain positive relationships.
- Keen attention to detail for accuracy in project deliverables and communications.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
