What You’ll Do
- Makes outbound calls using an auto dialer to customers 1–30 days past due
- Negotiates payment arrangements and helps customers stay on track
- Takes inbound calls to answer questions and provide solutions
- Uses judgment and empathy to create fair, personalized solutions
- Mets individual and team performance goals
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or higher level preferred
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Type at least 35 WPM
- Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office)
- Reliable and punctual
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, not required
- 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred
