Responsibilities
- Makes outbound calls using an auto dialer to customers 1–30 days past due
- Negotiates payment arrangements and helps customers stay on track
- Takes inbound calls to answer questions and provide solutions
- Uses judgment and empathy to create fair, personalized solutions
- Mets individual and team performance goals
- Follows all company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or higher level preferred
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Type at least 35 WPM
- Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office)
- Reliable and punctual
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, not required
- 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Strong listening skills and customer service mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment
- Must live within 30 miles of Las Vegas, NV – on-site only

In-office role based in Las Vegas, NV. Candidates must live within 30 miles of the office.
Pay
Earn $15/hour + Monthly Potential Bonus of $1,000 + additional incentives.
