Jan opened her agency in 1985, and over the years it has grown into a strong team of 11 who are committed to building meaningful relationships with our customers. We take pride in creating value and truly making a difference in the lives of the people in our agency and throughout our community. As a proud University of Arkansas alumna and Razorback fan (Go Hogs!), Jan is deeply connected to the region. She is also an active member of the Springdale Chamber of Commerce and the Springdale Rotary Club, staying involved and engaged locally.
Our team works hard, but we also enjoy our day and enjoy each other. Building relationships isn’t just something we do with customers, it’s something we do within our office as well. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Pay
$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
