Account Associate (Full-Time & Part-Time)

What You’ll Do

• Connect with customers through outbound calls (don’t worry, we’ll train you!) using our easy auto-dial system.
• Talk with customers to set up payment plans on early delinquent accounts and help them get back on track.
• Answer inbound calls and provide friendly, professional support.
• Use your communication skills and empathy to find fair, personalized solutions.
• Follow company guidelines to ensure every interaction is handled the right way.

Full-Time role

• Competitive pay – guaranteed base pay up to $15/hr.
• Earn more with performance bonuses – up to $1,500+ each month!

PART-Time role

• Competitive pay – guaranteed base pay up to $15/hr.
• Earn more with performance bonuses – up to $750+ each month!
• Total potential compensation of $22,620–$31,620+ per year.

Experience and Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Good communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Basic to intermediate computer knowledge
• Reliable attendance
• Proper grammar and email etiquette
• Type a minimum of 35 WPM
• Able to work under time constraints and daily deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork awareness
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evening shifts, overtime and weekends
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is welcomed but not required
• Auto Collections experience preferred
