Accessories Upfitter - Sales

Essential Functions

• Greet our customers promptly and courteously
• Listen to each customer and provide them with ideas – show them the possibilities!
• Use leads to reach out to previous customer base to inform of our accessory’s packages
• Provide accurate estimates of Accessories costs and timing if parts need to be ordered
• Follow up on installation status to keep customers informed
• Notify customers when their unit is complete and ready to be picked up
• Field minor customer concerns and complaints
• Keep Sales Manager informed of all problems or potential problems

Requirements

• A high school diploma
• Basic RV knowledge (a plus)
• Previous experience in a sales position in RV or automotive (a plus)
• Excellent follow-through skills and a keen eye for details
• A strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations
• A desire to work in a collaborative, team environment
• A high level of energy and the desire to be the best at whatever they do
• Superior communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional written and oral communication
• Must be computer literate, with skills in Microsoft applications
