Accessories Design & Product Development Leader

About the role

Greyson is looking for an experienced Accessories Design & Product Development leader to help build and execute our growing accessories business across both Men’s and Women’s. This role sits at the intersection of design, technical development, and product execution. While a strong product eye is important, we are looking first and foremost for a highly capable executor; someone who understands how to take an accessories concept from initial direction through development and into a commercially viable finished product. The ideal candidate brings deep technical knowledge of accessories, strong product development instincts, and the ability to independently drive multiple categories and development timelines. This person will partner closely with Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, and external vendors to translate creative direction into product while maintaining quality, functionality, cost, and brand standards. This position is based in Detroit, Michigan and works directly out of our Design Studio. We are looking for someone to build this function within the team.
