$20 – $24 per hour

Responsibilities

• Learn side‑by‑side with a skilled mentor how to diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble, and service real equipment
• Build technical confidence by documenting machine details and repair work on service orders, including parts and fluids used
• Own your workspace by keeping it clean and organized, and showing care for the tools and machines you’ll be using

Requirements

• Enrolled in or attending an approved Heavy Equipment Service, Diesel Technology, or technical service program recognized by RDO Equipment Co.
• First‑year student eligible to work as an intern for two years prior to graduation
• Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA and solid attendance record
• Gain experience using mechanical tools while learning on the job in a supportive environment
• Strong computer skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
