Responsibilities

• Learn side‑by‑side with a skilled mentor how to diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble, and service real equipment.
• Build technical confidence by documenting machine details and repair work on service orders, including the parts and fluids you use.
• Own your workspace by keeping it clean and organized, and showing care for the tools and machines you’ll be using.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or attending an approved Heavy Equipment Service, Diesel Technology, or technical service program recognized by RDO Equipment Co.
• Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA and a solid attendance record.
• Gain experience using mechanical tools while learning on the job in a supportive environment.
• Possess strong computer skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Pay

$20 – $24 / hour
