RDO Washburn is one of 13 stores in the Midwest Agriculture division, serving farmers in Western North Dakota with industry-leading agriculture products, services, and parts.
Responsibilities
- Learn side-by-side with a skilled mentor to diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble, and service real equipment—hands-on experience beyond the classroom.
- Build technical confidence by documenting machine details and repair work on service orders, including parts and fluids used.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, showing care for tools and machines.
Requirements
- Enrolled in or attending an approved Heavy Equipment Service, Diesel Technology, or technical service program recognized by RDO Equipment Co.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA and solid attendance record to remain eligible for program benefits.
- Experience using mechanical tools and learning on the job in a supportive environment.
- Strong computer skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid work authorization in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
