About the role

As an AYF Service Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience shadowing skilled technicians, learning preventive maintenance techniques, and using diagnostic software to identify issues.

Responsibilities

• Shadow skilled technicians during repairs and inspections
• Learn preventive maintenance techniques
• Use diagnostic software to identify issues
• Help keep the shop organized and efficient
• Gain confidence with every task

Requirements

• Enrolled in or attending an approved Heavy Equipment Service, Diesel Technology, or technical service program recognized by RDO Equipment Co.
• A minimum 3.0 GPA and a solid attendance record
• Strong computer skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, plus the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Valid work authorization
