Access Supervisor Primary Care

About the role

Manage the financial aspects of patient care, including billing, insurance claims, payment processing, financial counseling, utilization and revenue cycle analysis. Ensure patients can efficiently navigate administrative processes while maintaining data accuracy and enhancing the patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and register patients
• Verify patient insurance
• Manage patient entry points into the healthcare system
• Financial counseling
• Utilization and revenue cycle analysis
• Oversee support level employees
• Set goals and objectives for other employees
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level managers
• Ensure policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed

Requirements

• Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent required. Associate’s Degree Preferred.
• Experience: 3 years relevant experience
• Licensure: None required.

Qualifications

• Physical Demands: Sitting for prolonged periods; Repetitive motion: computer keyboard activity.
• Skills: Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly.

Pay

$50,000.00 - $89,543.00 annually.
