Duties And Responsibilities
- Cook up with branch team members to oversee and finish off all Access installation tasks.
- Take charge of generating new referral sources and customers via professional presentations to local referral sources and medical personnel.
- Utilize all applicable, ethical, and lawful channels to make and keep business.
- Complete thorough home evaluations to guarantee suitable recommendations for apparatus that will best serve the customer's particular requirement.
- Ensure home evaluations are finished and orders are entered in a timely manner, and that all required client intake data is documented and forwarded to the appropriate branch administration.
- Support the prompt completion of work orders, which might involve but isn't restricted to research of parts, calculation and extension of apparatus costs, answering inquiries for extra data and preparation of quotes for clients, referral sources, and insurance firms.
- Provide follow-up on work orders to ensure prompt receipt and dispatch.
- Ensure proper and prompt dispatch of apparatus to the customer.
- Ensure proper customer education takes place concerning apparatus utilization, security, and monetary elements.
- Maintain understanding of items, administrations, strategies, and clinical abilities essential to complete responsibilities.
- Maintain understanding and adhere to NSM's policies and procedures including Infection Control and Equipment Management policies.
- Offer assistance with quarterly physical stock count as required.
- Must maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Education, Experience And Competencies
- A high school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Three (3) or more years of outside sales or direct-to-consumer sales experience.
