Access & Reimbursement Manager (Salt Lake City)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key contact for patient access and reimbursement in assigned geography
• Educate healthcare providers on the FILSPARI onboarding process
• Identify and resolve complex patient access issues with internal stakeholders
• Provide timely updates and share case statuses with the sales team
• Monitor and report on reimbursement landscape trends and changes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; equivalent experience may be considered
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical or health industry experience with Hubs, payers, or HCPs
• 3+ years of experience in reimbursement, access, or case management
• Experience with specialty pharmaceuticals, nephrology, or rare diseases preferred
• Demonstrated ability in educating stakeholders on reimbursement processes
