Access Control Specialist with Security Clearance

Job Summary

TENAX Technologies is seeking an Access Controller/Receptionist who can staff and operate C5ISR Visitor Control Centers across multiple buildings on the campus. This position requires familiarity with C5ISR Campus requirements, on-site security, and providing visitor assistance.

Responsibilities

• Staff and operate C5ISR Visitor Control Centers in multiple buildings.
• Familiarize oneself with C5ISR Campus and post orders before arriving on duty.
• Provide on-site security, control access, and report violations as directed.
• Answer questions and provide directions to visitors and building tenants.
• Be familiar with the location of various facilities and equipment, and provide information upon request.
• Know the location and usage instructions for first aid kits, AEDs, fire extinguishers, alarms, and emergency callboxes, and be prepared to use them as necessary.
• Have the ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb at least five flights of stairs, and lift up to 56 pounds.

Requirements

• Prioritize customer service experience (1 year preferred).
• Security clearance required (Secret level).
• Ability to commute to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005.
