We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings .
- Requirements: maybe education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Qualifications: could combine skills/experience and citizenship/clearance. But we have separate headings: Skills, Qualifications. The instruction list includes Skills and Qualifications as possible headings. We could put Skills under
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Other duties as assigned by Supervisor."? That's part of responsibilities, keep. Remove "We are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer..." etc. Also remove "We E-Verify all employees." etc. Also remove "For additional information, please visit www.beringalakaina.com #ClearanceJobs". Also remove "Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is a fast-growing government service provider." maybe part of About the role? Could be considered about the company. We can include an "About the role" or "About the company"? The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role (maybe description of role). Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: maybe education? Qualifications: maybe skills? But we need to avoid duplication. Let's parse content. Job description: - Intro: "Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC has a potential need for an Access Control Officer to provide support for our government customer in Lorton, VA." - DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES: many bullet-like sentences. - REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High School Diploma or equivalent - REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 2 years of experience utilizing security systems such as DISS or Scattered Castles. Must be CPR and AED certified. Must be able to perform prolonged walking, standing, sitting and stooping for up to 12 hours. Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language. Must be able to understand and apply printed rules, detailed orders/instructions and training materials. - REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE: Must be a United States Citizen. Must have an active TS/SCI clearance. - Then about company: "Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is a fast-growing government service provider. Employees enjoy competitive salaries. Eligible employees enjoy a 401K plan with company match; medical, dental, disability, and life insurance coverage; tuition reimbursement; paid time off; and 11 paid holidays." - Then EEO etc (remove). - Then "We not illegally discriminate..." (remove). - Then accommodation request (remove? It's part of EEO/accommodation, likely boilerplate, remove). - "We E-Verify all employees." (maybe keep? It's not boilerplate? Might be considered metadata but could be kept? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. E-Verify is not exactly those but could be considered legal? Might be okay to keep but it's minor. Safer to drop as it's not substantive about role. - Then BSNC shareholder preference etc (maybe consider as company info but could be kept? It's not boilerplate but maybe not needed. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep info about benefits, company, shareholder preference? It's substantive. However we need to fit into sections: Benefits, maybe About the role/company. Pay: not specified (competitive salaries but no numbers). Since we cannot create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "Employees enjoy competitive salaries." That's a statement but not specific numbers. The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Benefits: they list 401K, medical, dental, disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, 11 paid holidays. That's specific benefits, so we can include Benefits section. Pay: "competitive salaries" is vague but maybe considered not specific enough; better to omit Pay section. Schedule: not mentioned. Thus sections: About the role (maybe include intro and location), Responsibilities, Requirements (education), Qualifications (maybe skills/experience and citizenship/clearance), Benefits. We need to avoid duplication. Let's decide: - About the role: short paragraph: "Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC has a potential need for an Access Control Officer to provide support for our government customer in Lorton, VA." - Responsibilities: list of duties from DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES. We'll convert each sentence into
Skills
and Qualifications underQualifications
. However we need to avoid thin sections. Let's see content: Skills and Experience: 2 years experience utilizing security systems such as DISS or Scattered Castles; CPR and AED certified; ability to perform prolonged walking, standing, sitting and stooping up to 12 hours; ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand English; ability to understand and apply printed rules, detailed orders/instructions and training materials. Citizenship and Clearance: Must be US Citizen; Must have active TS/SCI clearance. These could be considered Qualifications. Could also treat as Requirements. But we already used Requirements for education. Maybe better: Requirements: education + citizenship/clearance? Qualifications: skills/experience. Let's decide. We need to avoid duplication and keep all info. Let's structure:About the role
