We need sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (maybe combine qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe separate?), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to decide what to put where. The posting includes many details that could be considered Requirements (education, experience, clearance, physical demands). Skills could be language, report writing, office automation, training ability. Benefits not mentioned; we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. There's no explicit benefits. So omit Benefits.
Pay: we have targeted hourly rate. So include Pay section.
Schedule: we have schedule details. Include Schedule section.
About the role: brief description.
Responsibilities: list of duties.
Requirements: maybe education, experience, clearance, physical demands.
Qualifications: maybe similar to requirements; but we need to avoid duplication. Could combine but instructions: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could have Requirements covering education, experience, clearance, physical demands. Skills covering language, report writing, office automation, training ability. Could also have Qualifications separate but might be thin. Let's see: The posting includes "Minimum of a High School diploma (or GED equivalent). Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an ACO or equivalent security experience. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in direct supervision or management." That's requirements/experience. Then "Ability to speak, understand, read, and write English fluently. Ability to construct clear writing and develop concise, accurate and detailed reports." That's skills. Then "Experience or training in the protection of personnel, facilities and equipment." Could be skill. Then "Ability to receive and comprehend specialized training on the use and operation of the SMS to operate ICIDS alarms, CCTV, and access control features." Skill. Then "Ability to receive and comprehend specialize training on the use and operation of a Government-purchased X-ray device, other screening equipment and Wireless Intrusion Detection System (WIDS)." Skill. Then "Possess skills/knowledge of performing office automation work that includes word processing, electronic mail, spreadsheets, presentations, and other personal computer applications; typing a variety of materials from rough draft into final form including reports, and forms; maintaining records, historical records; security applications e.g., DISS, NBIS." Skill.
Security clearance and physical demands could be under Requirements.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Pay, Schedule.
We should not include Qualifications if it's redundant. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can omit Qualifications if its content overlaps with Requirements or Skills. We'll include Requirements and Skills.
