HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, facilitate the intake and enrollment process, and complete required documentation to ensure timely access to appropriate services.
- Engage youth, families, and system partners through collaborative, family-centered services delivered in office, home, school and community settings while maintaining flexibility to meet client needs.
- Complete required clinical assessments, min of 4 per day.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, and ensure compliance with agency, program, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
- Work schedule may require adjustment as necessary to accommodate client and family scheduling needs, including hours outside of traditional business hours.
- Demonstrate cultural humility, uphold professional and ethical standards, and provide services that are respectful, equitable, and responsive to the unique needs of each individual and family.
- Participate in supervision, required meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
HOW YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT
- (2) year(s) of related experience; knowledge, education, and training in the areas of human behavior and mental health;
- Master’s in social work, psychology, or related field;
- Washington State credential required within (60) days of hire. Acceptable credentials include Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Advanced Social Worker (LASW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA).
PAY AND SCHEDULE
The position is offered on a 37.5 per hour work week basis to ensure work/life balance. Potential eligibility for Student Loan Forgiveness through our 501(c)(3) nonprofit status.
