Responsibilities

• Solution Development - Lead the end-to-end development of the ALIP data analytics product, ensuring alignment with client needs and overall business objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Go-To-Market teams to shape and deliver a scalable solution that supports sustainable revenue growth.
• Analytics Capabilities - Design and oversee advanced analytics solutions, dashboards, and data products to empower clients with informed decision-making and performance tracking.
• Team Leadership - Build, manage, and mentor a multidisciplinary data team (including analysts, data engineers, and data scientists), fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Revenue Growth Execution - Once the product matures, coordinate with the delivery organization to leverage its potential for substantial and sustainable revenue generation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Industry Knowledge Experience: Deep understanding of insurance carriers and their needs for actionable, data-driven insights.
• Minimum 5 years Enterprise-Level Product Expertise: Proven experience designing and scaling enterprise-level data solutions and analytics capabilities.
• Minimum 5 years of Product Development and Roadmap Management: Expertise in developing product roadmaps, executing Go-To-Market strategies, and overseeing delivery to initial clients.
• Minimum 2 years of AI Experience: Tangible experience using AI to design, build, and test a product — especially within the context of insurance or banking.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience/background in Life Insurance/Financial industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).
