Accelerated Solutions Consulting Intern - Summer 2027
Responsibilities
- Supporting teams in delivering comprehensive deal advisory services, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Participating in post-merger integration projects to help businesses capture synergies and optimize operations
- Aiding in the development of strategic advice and due diligence processes to assist clients in making informed decisions
- Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and value realization
- Conducting research and gathering information to support client engagements and project goals
- Observing and learning from experienced professionals to gain exposure to PwC's practices and methodologies
- Contributing to carve-out planning and operational separation activities during client engagements
- Applying a learning mindset to develop personal skills and understanding of the business environment
Requirements
Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
Client service intern positions are entry-level and job seekers are traditionally either in their 3rd year of a 4 year degree program or in the 4th year of a 5 year program.
Qualifications
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Operations Research, Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics
- Preferred cumulative GPA: 3.3
- Preferred major GPA: 3.3
- Leveraging AI to create efficiencies, innovate ways of working and deliver distinctive outcomes
- Participating in post-merger integration and value realization projects
- Serving as a member of the team in delivering strategic advice and due diligence
- Engaging in business process improvement and operational optimization
Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
