Responsibilities
- Supporting teams in delivering comprehensive deal advisory services, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Participating in post-merger integration projects to help businesses capture synergies and optimize operations
- Aiding in the development of strategic advice and due diligence processes to assist clients in making informed decisions
- Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and value realization
- Conducting research and gathering information to support client engagements and project goals
- Observing and learning from experienced professionals to gain exposure to PwC's practices and methodologies
- Contributing to carve-out planning and operational separation activities during client engagements
- Applying a learning mindset to develop personal skills and understanding of the business environment
Requirements
Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Operations Research, Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics
Preferred cumulative GPA: 3.3
Preferred major GPA: 3.3

Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
