Accelerated Leadership Development Program - Research & Development Path - Chassis Mechatronics

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with a mentor to develop best practices and evolve into a leader at Schaeffler.
• Gain knowledge alongside experts in relevant and cross-functional departments.
• Trained based on the 70:20:10 model which emphasizes a mixture of hands-on experience, mentoring, and formal training.
• Develop leadership skills through leadership training and tools.
• Complete rotation development milestones to prepare for your guaranteed position upon graduation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant Engineering or Engineering Technology with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• At least two rotations of relevant co-ops or internships.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Leadership experience or exposure preferred.
• A thorough understanding of engineering principles.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• A willingness to relocate every 6 months.
