Position Purpose

The ACC GROW Associate I position is designed to integrate students' academic learning with practical, on-campus work experiences, fostering the development of essential career competencies. Through guided reflections and mentorship, student employees enhance their skills in areas such as communication, critical thinking, and professionalism, preparing them for successful employment after graduation.

Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships. Technology Skills. May also use social media, work with digital publishing, and update web pages. Demonstrated proficiency with standard office software.

Required Education

High school diploma or educational equivalent. Enrolled in an ACC program of study (college credit, continuing education, or adult education).

Physical Requirements

Work is routinely performed in a standard office, college campus, or similar environment. May have a remote component.

Pay Rate

$23.00/Hour
