Academy Travel Instructor

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in Viessmann's product line including installation, start-up, and troubleshooting
• Showcase an engaging teaching style that maximizes retention
• Deliver high-impact training sessions for diverse stakeholders
• Collaborate with other instructors on Academy Curricula
• Create and maintain course materials and training tools
• Drive the mobile training unit as needed for in-field training
• Adapt training methods to enhance effectiveness in various environments

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma/GED with a Trade School Certificate
• 5+ years apprenticeship
• 3+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial HVAC/R
• 2+ years of public speaking or teaching experience
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for training across North America

Pay

$64,500 – $129,500 annually
